I'm pretty sure I know who you are talking about! PLEASE ladies! Becareful of a woman who operates out of small strip mall on Davis Blvd in Southlake! She illegally administers corneal anesthesia and the topical anesthesia she uses to numb the skin is very abrasive if it gets into the eye. SHE ABRAIDED my corneas! I ended up with huge medical bills and was scared to death for a week that I wasn't going to be able to ever fly again--I'm a professional pilot. She made a few mistakes that I, too, have to live with. Also beware of a nurse operating in Grapevine who is reaping the benefits of the first lady as women go to her to have the work corrected of which she charges full price citing her justification of 'you get what you pay for' and she is overpriced. The nurse did my corrections and I can't tell the difference-- my eyebrows are more stencilled looking after her correction. The nurse won't tell the cosmetics board of Texas about all the women who come to her from the other lady! She could help put the other lady out of business; but that would be doing the right thing and her profits would go down. And yes, I consulted an attorney but he was only interested in helping me shut this lady down if I would have endured permanent damage- malpractice attorneys can't get much money unless it's permanent. Hint: If you can't see clearly after the procedure get to your opthamologist ASAP! PLEASE ladies, interview several permanent makeup technitions before you decide. Make sure you interview at least three. I interviewed only two- the ones cited above and if you at least interview three you'll get a better idea of pricing and ability.
