  Wow you guys are a bunch of babies! I had the zoom treatment done a few years ago and while it was painful it was nothing like being stabbed in the leg or anything like that. The pain lasts about a day and your teeth will be at least a few shades whiter. Is it worth it? Well thats entirely up to you. If you want immediate results and you dont mind paying the price then sure go for it. If your a big baby and cant deal with a little pain then stick to the bleaching trays. The most painful part is when the procedure is being done. You will feel your gums being burned and it does hurt but your only sitting there for what an hour? Suck it up deal with it geez people..
