Thanks for the information. It was funny because the "doctor" said that this had never happened. He claimed that I was the first person who did not see any inch loss... which I find difficult to believe. So are you saying that if I did not voluntarily choose to quit after 10 sessions, I could of received my money back? I don't think he was going to give me a decent refund... no matter how many sessions I had.
There was no type of contract involved in the process. I signed for the payment and then went into my first session. The girls that were helping me were very young... I didn't even see the "doctor" until I had complaints!
