    Thanks for the very helpful details - definitely yours is a success story. I was wondering if the change has trigerred any identity issues. I read somewhere that some patients look in the mirror and see a different person then what they've used to see their whole life. Not that one couldn't get used with a better looking face but wondering if it's causing any "old look nostalgia" at all?
