Congratulations! Isn't it exciting? I am 1 week post-op today and I had some of the same feelings as you about leaving my kids motherless. I felt I was being selfish. I am so glad it's behind me now. It's great that you get a walker to go home with. You will need it. My back bothers me more than anything else. I have been sleeping in a recliner that has a remote. What a life saver. I have tried to sleep in the bed, but just can't seem to get as comfortable. Let me know if you have any questions and GOOD LUCK!
