Fraxel 750 Worsened Melasma- Lawsuit Filed-Miami, FL

I am latin and my skin is medium tone. I tan extremely dark. The doctors who have seen me for the pigmentation describe it as PIH from the Fraxel.

I also had that terrible reaction from Fraxel. The anxiety of walking out my door to the car is now part of my everyday life. It changes your life forever. You feel like you should become a vampire and avoid daylight. I had mild mild melasma before the treatment and I was always careful to protect myself from the sun. Now, my skin was left so damaged and hyper pigmented, that safely being outside without having my entire face pigment is not an option. Once I realize this was a condition for life, I filed a lawsuit against the company.

Unfortunately the devastating effect of the procedure is not reversible. Many doctors have tried unsuccessfully to resolve it. A lot of HQ and Retin A. It lightens up only to darken and spread. The doctors do not have an answer for me.
