Leah, I am sorry to hear that you had such a scary adverse reaction to a couple products. I am a medical professional and I have worked in dermatology for 5+ years and I can testify that there are people who are not allergic to a product that they have been using for years without any negative reactions, and then all of a sudden they have an adverse reaction to something and they ASSUME that it could not possibly be caused by something they have been using for a long time. My daughter ate seafood for years and then 'BAM' she has an adverse reaction and she is now allergic to it and can't even be in the kitchen when I am cooking it... her throat starts to itch and she has to leave, which really sucks since I LOVE IT!!!
I find it very hard to believe that Arbonne would not disclose the ingredients to you because every single arbonne product comes with an information sheet with ALL of the ingredients.
Arbonne does not claim to be 100% allergy free. 'HYPO'allergenic means that the product did not cause any adverse reactions on the vast majority of the humans they tested it on.
To be 100% truthful, the very first time I used the prep-n-plump ligloss it made my skin around my mouth turn red if I was not careful to put it ONLY on my lips. The 'purpose' of the product IS to PLUMP UP YOUR LIPS!It's a thin consistency and it can 'bleed to your skin' if you have wrinkles between your lips and skin and you overdue it!
I will try to get the list of the ingredients for those two products you tried.
Thanks,
Omahamama
