A class action case has been filed against GE Money Bank in the State Court of DeKalb County, Georgia, on behalf of consumers who financed Fig. procedures through GE Money Bank and who have been damaged by the actions of GE Money Bank. Please contact me via the private messaging system if you are interested in receiving more information regarding the class action. There is no cost for speaking with the attorneys who have filed this case.

Hello to fellow victims of FIG: I also was a victim of FIG. I was able to get a full refund from Care Credit. I am a paralegal and I had an attorney friend of mine to write a certified letter return receipt to Care Credit (GE Money) informing them that FIG breached their contract with me. Within two months I received a full credit of $2500.00. Care Credit had placed this on my credit report and I forwarded this resolution to the credit companies and they took it off my credit report. There is away to get your money back. I hope this helps you all. Forward your letters to: CareCredit GE Money Bank PO Box 981127 El Paso, TX 79998-1127 This is a small portion of my letter forwarded to CareCredit: My firm has been retained to represent Mrs. _________ regarding the above account. This letter is a formal request to reimburse Mrs. _______ account for services that were not rendered by Fig. I have outlined below the facts regarding this case. Because Fig sold its paper to you and you are now aware of Fig’s breach of its contractual obligations you are no longer able to collect from my client and because there has been a repudiation of the contract or any funds previously paid to you from my client 's should be returned to her. A Breach of Contract exists when a party to a signed contract fails without legal excuse, to perform any promise that forms the whole or part of the contract. Because Fig has decided to go out of business it has repudiated the contract and is not entitled to any benefit from the contract.

I was also a victim of Fig. The way I got my money back is I hired an attorney and instead of suing Fig, I had the attorney write a letter to the finance company stating that Fig breached their contract with me. I provided the finance company with all the information that Fig gave me. I was credited the full amount of $2500.00.
