I am a Permanent makeup artist and can give you this idea. they have a product called vanish and it really does work on the lips. I have used it when someone has changed their minds on a procedure. They are California based so they might be able to find someone there that does this procedure. you can also use anti-aging products that have a lightening agent in them. Your dermatologist could write for Blanche this will help lighten your brows and lips more evenly. Best of luck Brenda
