From experience I can say TAKE YOUR TIME. Don't rush into anything until you have really weighed the pros and cons entirely. Even though your friends say not to do it, this is ultimately your decision. My friends told me not to, that I didn't need it, but this is something personal and I needed to do to feel better about myself. One main reason why I wanted to do it is because I had a large nose to begin with and as I have aged I noticed it has gotten bigger. I'm pretty sure that as you age your nose gets bigger (just look at older people's noses...they are always bigger when they are 50+ yrs old compared to how they looked when they were in their 20's). I wanted to reduce it now before I ended up looking like an old wench. lol. Something for you to consider. Make sure to really think about questions to ask your plastic surgeon...do a lot of research on them - their credentials, their educational institution, where they did their residency, what hospital are they affiliated with, their before and afters. I know you have had your breasts done, but facial surgery is MUCH different, and Rhinoplasty is an extremely complex and risky procedure...risky in terms of you really are not going to know just how your nose will heal and end up looking like. Starting out with the best doctor possible will up the chances of your Rhinoplasty results coming out positively. Do your research, know the risks, and take your time deciding. :)
