    Hi, YES i think it does help, i'm now 9 months post Explant and i have massaged twice a day for the last 81/2 months and i'm now a 10DD, huge difference since the Explant, i have formed a Private facebook group, "Explant Info" if you would like to join here is the link, we can talk there, it's a great group of ladies going through the same things,
