  i have had several fraxels done and i have had the same issues but in san diego i was prescribed minocycline for a month after my fraxel and it virtually stopped all break outs post treatment...soo my last treatment i requested it again in a different state and was prescribed doxycycline and both have worked the last two treatments... hope this helps... ps F**K acne!
