don't delete your profile, you look fantastic! This is a plastic surgery website so that people can view and discuss bodies before and after surgery...how can you do that if you don't show the person's body?! Just ignore the email. I need to post some of my pics too, my TT scar is pretty high although otherwise I'm very happy with my mommy makeover. I used to tell my friends I had my own version of the tummy-tuck...mine involved tucking the excess belly into my jeans after pulling them up! :( lol not anymore though!
Anyway you look great, your dr. is awesome and I bet you can't wait for swimsuit season to roll around again! take care.
Angie, I'm 5'10" so not quite as tall as you :) I still have to take and upload pics, will do that as soon as I can find my camera lol
Sicily35 good luck! I'm sure you'll do fine, I didn't have c-sections so I don't know how this compares with them but I think you'll be surprised at how quickly the body heals. Right now my biggest concern is the itching. I know it's normal and a good sign but I wish it would be done with. Each day it gets better. I didn't have lipo with mine but part of my abdomen is numb so if I were to have had lipo there I wouldn't have felt it if that makes sense. You'll do great, I guess tomorrow is your big day! :)
Update: Dr. said I look like I'm 3 1/2 weeks post op which is great news. He took out the pain pumps and drains which hurt a little but it was alright. The implants dropped and look very natural. He said I can start trying to stand up straight but don't force it and I should be able to do so fully in about a week. Yay!
that's great! I just had a breast aug. & tummy tuck on the 2nd. I also have 3 little guys ages 5 and under. You'd be surprised with how well husbands can do when they need to!
I agree see what your family can do to help him out and maybe bring some food over or take the kids so he can get some rest too.
The pain isn't bad especially if you have a pain pump so you might want to ask your doc if he uses these.
Oh and also, before and after surgery eat lots of fruits and foods with fiber because you do not want to deal with constipation after undergoing a TT!
Keep us posted!
