  I would take a few days off. I had mine done on a Friday, and I went back to Work Monday, and I wished I had taken a couple extra days off.

  Thank you so much for posting your day by day progress on you Vi-peel. I just had one done this morning, but before I decided to do it, I did a lot of research about it. I jumped on this site this afternoon, and was reading about everyones experiences and was getting a little nervous until I came across your posts :) The way you are applying the sun block and the hydrocortisone, is exactly what my aesthetics specialist told me to do. I hope mine heals up as easy as yours did :)
