  As a provider of cool lipo, I have to say your experience is not typical. However, it doesnt sound like a bad experience. Most of my patients have great results. After reading your description, I wanted to comment that I do not suture my patients so the drainage of the anesthetic or Tumescent solution can drain out. Even so, you can still have swelling 1 or 2 months out. I have patients that are swollen for 2 weeks and then it just resolves. Usually at 3 months is what you can expect to look like. Be patient.
