  The anesthesia thats in your system makes u tired for a few days plus it makes you constipated. Try drinking as much water as you can and take a stool softener or suppository.

  hi I'm going to colombia to have surgery with Dr H in March unfortunately i do not speak any spanish which makes me quite nervous. I was wondering if you can give me some tips or pointers. Did you speak any spanish at all and do u have any before and after pictures.
