    OMGosh...thanks for the complments!!!...my legs have "developed " this shape by a combination of weights..including LOTS of lunges and squats and 6+ hours cardio per week...The cardio is a mixture of all gym equipment..cross trainer, stairmaster, treadmill..etc..but in recent yrs have focused more on the running..I am hoping to do a full marathon and triathlon later this yr!!!!

    Kepp going with the weight!!!!...I ideally would like 5lbs off before the summer..my results have changed my life !!!...I will post more piccys in a few more weeks at the 4 month point...the swelling still comes and goes, particularly after any excercise :( ..I would definitely recomend buying a Bodybugg to help with your weight loss..I got one for Xmas and am amazed at just how amny calories I burn every day..in the past I have eaten too little ( 1250 - 1350 cal)..when I should be eating 1600 to 2000 per day to loose weight..OMG!!!..I'll let you know hoe it goes..Thank you for your kind comments!

    Thank you so much for your compliments!!!! I am very pleased with my results.My breasts have only been lifted..so far!!!My PS won't do a lift and implants in the same procedure..I am looking to have some small implants placed in the spring to help keep them lifted!!! ...please let me know if I can help you with any further questions

    Yes, I started taking Colace and extra fiber 3 days or so before surgery...re vitamins...my PS is not a fan of "herbal" supplements..all he wanted me to take was my regular multivitamin..he was actually more concerned about eating lots of protein,fresh veg and fruit etc..ie..if you are eating healthily and have a good balanced diet thats all you need!!I hope this helps...the main thing to AVOID after surgery is salty foods as they increse swelling!!I hope this helps..

    major advice for the recovery is simple...listen to what your Doctor tells you to do and obey!!!..my Ps is awesome..he told me exaclty what not to do and to keep on top of the pain meds around the clock for the first few days!!!I am so excited for you...your results will be fantastic....if you work out at all I would also suggest keeping up with it until the day before..being so in shape was a big plus in my recovery :)) I look forward to seeing your "after" piccys!
