after three weeks, i was back doing lots of walking and even got on my bike. I wore the garment for two weeks after. It's a great procedure, i am feeling like i still have to work to keep the fat/weight off my lower half, which sucks. I won't lie, the ride home from surgery was so painful. I could barely stand the pain. I had to bump up my meds to a stronger fix that did the trick.
