Hi. I'm 24 and have a couple of crooked teeth and a slight overbite. My doctor said that i need teeth straigtening and recommended braces. He said regular braces would suffice but then added that since I am adult Invisalign would work the best (I agreed because I assist my company's clients). So, I guess it depends on what condition you have: mild or severe. I would suggest you go to another dentist, just to seek second opinion. who knows. Good luck.
