  Hi I am almost 3 weeks out from full body lipo. I am scheduled for my first massage tomorrow. When you say lymphatic do you mean deep tissue? I can only imagine how bad this will hurt. How many and how often did you get them? I also had a reduction at the same time. I see some change in my upper body but I do not in my lower and am vary frustrated. I am willing to do what ever it takes to assure the best results. I wear my garments at least 8 hours a day and I have started walking. I will see the doctor Friday to see what if any other exercise I can do and when.
