Hi "Truth..." I believe you with the 4 mths. mine lasted 9 mths. and today I still have dizziness at moments and problems with sinuses. I went to the
Dr several times, but they could not find anything in the blood, or in my ears and told me to take decongestants for my stuffy nose and sinuses. I wish I would have never taken Dysport. I have not been the same ever since and it's been 16 mths. I asked my Dr if it was safe and he said "oh yes, it's better than Botox and cheaper and my other patients love it" I never had a problem with Botox so I figured I would be ok with Dysport-NOT! How is it that people can sue over spilling hot coffee allover themselves and we are having such a hard time, and our symptoms are so much worse and permanent. I guess you have to be dead or lose a limb or something before a lawyer will pursue this. Really sucks.Where are our rights?
Im still dizzy after 16 mths. NOT normal.
wish we could do a class action suit. Too many of us have suffered to long with Dysport. No one should have to die before something gets done.
same here sophie1. I called the Dr office and I couldn't believe their respond. They wanted to offer me free Dysport to see if Dysport was really the problem. I told them that I am a very healthy person and never had a problem until a couple of days after being injected with Dysport. I couldn't breath one night in bed, and as I said I am very healthy and no asthma. I told the girl at the Dr office, that I will not ever do Dysport again and while I am at it probably not even Botox anymore either. I do not ever want to go through this again, it was hell for 9 mths. and I feel that my sinuses are still messed up. I also don't have allergies. My ears were bothering me for 9 mths and at this time I still have some problems with the ears. I went to a ear specialist but he couldn't find anything wrong, I told him to put it into my medical file that I was injected with Dysport and all of my problems started 2 days after that. Of course he was on the other Dr.'s side, they cover for each other.
I wonder if we could just all sue the company who makes Dysport, the FDA for allowing this on the market, and the Dr. for injecting it? We should do a class action...
