I had Plasma done just to my eyes almost 2 yrs ago....will be by yr's end, anyway. Dr Capri at Dermatology Assoc suggested and performed the procedure. At the time, I was 43,and am caucasian, and have fair skin with alot of sun during the yrs of my youth. My problem was very tired looking eyes...my eyes looked hooded and wrinkled. With great confidence, Dr Capri full heartedly recommended the Portrait plasma....and I am very conservative with these matters....and I was bothered enough with my appearance that I had it done. The procedure was painless...dr numbed my skin topically and injected anesthesia in the areas treated. Since it was my eye....post-op was the MOST challenging....for nearly a whole week I had to apply vaseline and burn cream to the affected area...which constantly seeped into my eyes and made them burn and water. But ah, the things we do for beauty...lol. When the skin started to come off after a few days...I was in awe of how beautiful the skin was beneath the discarded layers. I have been extremely pleased with this procedure. Con...it was expensive....2000 dollars just for my eye area. To do the whole face would be like 4500. The results were amazing and my do not look tired anymore.
Sure would like to know where "Kim" got hers done, what a bargain compared to what I paid...but the results were great so I cant complain too much.
