FYI: after arguing with the company...thankfully I did getting my money back (was not easy).

I am olive color... they say it works for all skin types. I don't think the problem was skin color, "it just didn't work for me".
and then the process of getting my money back is still a nightmare, by the way they are super nice on the phone because they want you to buy the No No now, they say "I use it, it works you will love it"...BULL !! and then when you want the money back.. good luck, can't even get the manager to call me back, left several messages to have a manager call back.
I would never deal with this company again, plus what they don't tell you, you have to buy the cartridge every couple of months (cost about $30 each), the No No machine seems so fragile like it's about to break down any second. the No No did not even remove one hair from my face, arm or leg.
I would not recommend this product!

worst product... this is the worst product ever... did not remove any hair... and now i am having a difficult time getting my money back. they want to keep my shipping and handling charge and expect me to send it back at my expense. in order to get 100% money back.... i have to keep the product for 60 days and they will continue to charge my card $89.00 a month. they also did not disclose that the blades need to be replaced often and can cost $30 each every few weeks. they did not disclose you have to keep product for 60 day in order to get 100% money back... extreme caution before you order this product.
