Hi, I'm very mad about the situation about my wife has a contract with Fig, she has not received a complete service, she got one shot but had reaction to it, she got a doctor statement indicating that she had reaction and fax to them they will reimbursment the money she had paid and drop the contract. Now they did not reimbursement instead send her an invoice saying that she owes $3000 for not doing servie, it doesn't make a sense to me, I just got off the phone with the collection agency, they are very rude and trying to convince my wife paid $3000 and they said, if we have 2000 they can settle down for this. I plan to go to court trying to clear the issue. Did you get result from the court yet? I suggest that we recuite a group of people paying a top attorney to gainst this so everything should be cleared for everyone. Let me know what do you think. Thanks Dam Phan
