Ultherapy is currently being studied for tightening above the knee but not yet approved. As for the arms Velashape would be a better option. I have experience with Titan as well as Ultherapy. Ultherapy performed aggressively gives fantastic results, Titan has a much smaller ideal pt base and hurts more. MB

I'm curious as to your outcome. Did you have the procedure? Generally IPL is not recommended for the treatment of melasma. I am a laser tech, also suffer from melasma and new to using the pearl fusion and pearl fractional therapy.
