I'm shocked that you were not told what to expect. The brown spots you are seeing is pigment previously hidden that the lasers brought up to the skin's surface. You should see this slough off by the end of the first week and have fresher looking skin after that. You should have also been told that subsequent treatments, if needed, should not be performed until at least 4-6 weeks after the previous treatment.
