Go to Dr. Ran Rubinstein in Newburgh, NY. HE IS AWESOME. unless you already had it done...if so, how did it turn out?
I went to Dr. Rubinstein and my eyelid surgery turned out Awesome! His staff is very personable and they are well-informed. he actually took his entire staff to Vegas for continuing education recently. He is also a teaching Doctor.
And NO I do not work for him : )just a really satisfied customer. I have botox and fillers done as well.
I am very light skinned as well. I use the scar fade gel 2 times per day. EVERY DAY. It seems to help and scars are fading.
I know you are male, and not sure if you have ever worn makeup... but, have you thought about a little bit of concealer? Pick your skin color and blend it lightly with your ring finger ( lightly ) : ) It hides them very well and NO ONE is the wiser! have a blessed day.
