  Hi had silicone injected into my cheeks and chin about 6 years ago. I was 19 and foolish when I made that decision. It was done in my home country illegally. I then decided that I did not want them anymore and the 'doctor' injected what I think is Kenalog to shrink them. They were extremely swollen for 2 weeks then got a lot smaller. Then like you, a dimple and discoloration formed when the Kenalog injections were made. Fortunately, the the dimple and discoloration went away though it took about 6 months for that to happen. The size of the silicone injected areas also continue to get smaller in those months. Im reaching out to you not to worry. Things might get better.
