I was wondering if there are less invasive procedures that could tighten my skin on my tummy (and the tops of my inner thighs) without having to go for a tummy tuck. I am open to lipo but I wasn't sure if there was another way that would actually tighten my skin? It's not my upper abdomen just lower but I do have a bit of a bump at my lower abdomen but I'm hoping that could improve with exercise. I also have wrinkled skin on my belly button. I am 26 and I have had two children (3 and 6).
6 years ago I did smart lipo abdomen after my 3rd kid. Doctor said I wasnt a candidate for a TT. Since then Ive been trying to fix the wrinkly, bumpy skin. Ive done numerous treatments like nuera, exilis, vanquish, Morpheus 8 etc. I want to know if ultimately a TT is my only option or would lipo with renuvion fix it or abetching. A surgeon told me I could try body tite but will not get me the results Im looking for.
Following two kids I did cool sculpting, exilis 360, and cool tone. I am still unhappy with abdomen. Considering a mini/full tuck or lipo. Worried about skin laxity. The skin above my belly button wrinkles - it feels as if my belly button should be up by an inch. Suggestions for best options for an hourglass waist, tight skin, and less fat?
12.21.18 250cc breast implants (love) umbilical hernia repair, mini tum tuck. Ledge on long scar. dr said asymmetry in my body Said bellybutton has hooding cannot be fixed without major scaring. Says flabby skin is normal. I'm 39, 5'4 110lbs, 2 kids naturally. Just wanted wrinkly skin tightened. Does this look normal? Cleared me for all exercises, assuming totally im healed. Second opinion? Im so disappointed with my bellybutton and loose skin. Shouldn't it be tight?! Thanks for your advise.
I am 48 yrs old and have had 5 full term births. I am 5'9' tall and weigh about 140 lbs. I had a full tummy tuck on 2/2/09, mainly because the skin above my belly button was wringled. When I bent over, my tummy would sag. I'm now almost 2 months out from surgery and my upper abs are sticking out, not sure that is 'swelling.' When I bend over, my tummy still is saggy-looking, and when I sit, my tummy still hangs over my jeans. Also, when I sit and suck in my tummy, you can see the wrinkly skin. Will this tighten up over time? I asked my doctor and he said the only way to get rid of that is to make a vertical cut up my tummy. That just doesn't sound right to me. I think maybe he didn't take enough skin and maybe he didn't tighten the muscles enough. What is your opinion?
I'm 22 and relatively thin however after I had my baby my belly button has saggy, wrinkly skin and I have stretch marks all over my lower stomach and some loose skin. Is a tummy tuck the only way to correct these issues?
Is this a tummy tuck gone wrong. I was under the impression that I was going for an abdominoplasty. But post OP it looked like a mini TT. The skin is still loose and wrinkly and there's a overhang of skin at the left corner of the scar....which I don't think is going to improve. Feeling very upset and sad...and looks like I will have to go in for a revision. I had muscle repair and umbilical hernia too. Sorry I don't have a before photo...didn't take one...kicking myself for it.
I just want to stop worrying about those lines that I have going on around the incisions from both sides. My PS said they would go away with Time but I want to hear a second opinion to rest my mind.
