July of last year, I made the worst mistake of my life agreeing to Bodytite. I was slender, but I had a tiny bit of diastasis and a little pooch of fat after I had a ten pound baby on my 51 100 lbs frame. As you can see, Im covered in dents, loose skin, and hyperemia. Im getting a bbl laser for the redness. I went to see a specialist who advised against a tuck as he said I was a high risk for necrosis. If I pull my skin I up the dents disappear but nobody seems to like reverse tucks. Advice?
Im two weeks postop I was wondering if the swelling looks normal as I feel very big and tight as well as rock hard in the lower abdomen area and also in one photo I circled a dented looking area that I was told to massage which I do. Im not sure if the dented area is normal ?
I had INCREDIBLE results the first few weeks.. I had full tt 8 weeks ago- 4 weeks in i got a seroma (I had drains for 3 weeks). We drained a lot then put a drainage tube back in- but the seroma returned so my doctor made an open slit in my scar line and inserted a rubber balloon to keep it free draining. My stomach then became dented and swollen and now looks deformed. He says it will heal up and if not he can do a simple procedure to correct it. Can this be fixed?
Hi- I had a tummy tuck scar revision due to hypertrophic scar. During procedure surgeon injected kenalog into incision. Now, 4 months later, I have a dent, vascularity, thin skin and discoloration to part of incision. Will this issue correct itself? How long will it take to correct? Why did this happen and was this caused by an error by the surgeon? Very disappointed after spending 20K on TT, THIS IS WHAT I'M LEFT WITH. I hope this is reversible.
Im 6 days post op. Granted Im still very swollen. I cant help but wonder if Im still going to have and stretch marks or if it will be completely tight? I can still see a lot of small stretch marks which make little indents. Is the swelling making them appear worse? Or will it be worse when Im not swollen? Im feeling a little disheartened. (The yellow mark in the after photos is from CG. I had a full TT WIth verticle incision and tightening. Will attach before and after pics.
I am a 21 year old female who was born with Gastroschisis and I now have a large dent where my belly button should be and I would like to find out information on what I can have done to give me a smaller, cuter, more normal looking belly button and flatter tummy.
I'm scheduled for a TT this September and am worried I will get one of those belly buttons that look like a dent in your belly versus an actual realistic (but small) hole. Also I notice some belly buttons have a visible stitch line scar months after healing while others don't have a single trace that there was work done there. Is this something that is in the control of the plastic surgeon? I wouldn't be satisfied with just a nice flat stomach if the belly button looks unnatural.
I was told to roll up a wash cloth and put in in the middle of stomach halfway above and below the belly button then put the binder on! Any ideas as to why? I feel it is making a dent in the middle of my stomach. Responses appreciated.
