I got lipo done on March 30th on my abdomen, waist. Im in my 5th week and my stomach looks lumpy. It doesnt hurt that much and is still very tender but I still have a lot of the tightness. I would like to know if my stomach will eventually go back to a smooth look or did my Dr mess up somehow? What should I do? Im also not in the itchy phase. Im itching alll in those areas. i was not big to begin with just a little bit of fat in those areas
4 weeks post lipo of ab/ flanks 5800cc removed. Power assisted tuemescent liposuction . I don't understand how this procedure can be treated so lightly, I have had Brain surgery, hysterectomy and IVF all very painful? After hysterectomy I was back to work in 2 weeks and a bit sore. this pain has been at a 9 or 10, I have been miserable. I have severe nerve pain, my doctor says I have dysasthesia. I have been in three 3 x taking Percocet and ibuprofen, amitriptolyne, neurontin,etc... .
I'm 5 weeks post op from my BBL. I had abs before my procedure and he went in and harvested one pound of fat from my stomach and sides. I am now 5 weeks post op. My stomach is hard, it it very stiff and feels like the muscles are stuck to my skin and won't stretch out. Worst of all, my tummy looks pretty ridgy and lumpy and not right. What's going on? Please tell me my stomach and abs will go back to normal soon...I'm so nervous!
5 weeks postop from lipo microaire lipo wand using a tumescent technique also had a medial thigh lift. the numbness in my thigh is bothering me! I could stab myself with a knife & not feel it on my thighs. It has got better since surgery,but still present. It feels weird when I walk too. Will it go away? When do I see the full results from the lipo & lift? I see a change but nothing dramatic :-( There is also a difference between my right thigh & left as the right has a bump.
Hello, I'm female, 35 years old, 5'6, 128 lbs.Had tumescent arm lipo by a double board certified PS to fix a contour deformity after a botched mole removal performed by another PS. I am now 4 wks post op and as the swelling has gone down,I have this horrible rippling and tightness.Was told I was a good candidate. Not much was removed (approx 175 ccs)I have good skin elasticity.I have a 5 week post op appt coming up to discuss.Is this normal and what are the chances of it resolving on it's own?
It's been 4wks since tumesent liposuction to inner thighs, flanks, & abdomen with SIX-PACK definition. My skin still feels burned, stretched, or numb in certain places & i have multiple cannula track marks and tender Hard lumps that continue to harden & thicken despite massaging 2x a day. Can radio frequency or cavitation be used at this stage in recovery to help decrease these skin irregularities? What else can I do?
I have fluid build up in the sacral area after trumecent liposuction and tummy tuck. It's been 5 weeks. Dr aspirated 2X and again it's building up. He put more foam to give compression. I'm wearing a waist band 24/7. now the fluid is building up a little bit higher and is painful. Will this be absorbed by my body? Does he have to keep on aspirating? Will this cause harm to my spine? Maybe heat pads or creams like aspercream? What sleep position? Anything??
27yr female, 5'3 @ 135 weight. I am a healthy eater that is athletic but always had extra fat around my stomach so it sticks out. I had back flanks abs & outer thighs over 4 weeks ago by tumescent technique w/ closed sutures. The certified PS said he removed 2200cc. I now look like I did before lipo. I believe all the swelling is gone. My measurements before and after lipo are Waist= 29in belly button=35in. Should I be concerned that there is no change?
It has been one month since I had Tumescent Liposuction in my lower abdomen. What worries I can now pinch even more fat after lipo compared to before my procedure. Is it possible that all the fat that was removed came back? I just could never get the stubborn pouch no matter how much excersise i did. I have always had healthy diet with reasonable portions. About 1000 ccs of fat were removed. Should I request a redo with my doctor? Or will the fat just come back a second time?
I am going into my 5th week after having tumulescent lipo on upper and lower abdomen and am feeling bloated most days and also midsection is hard and protruding...I'm still wearing a waist trimmer and drinking plenty of water and it seems as if nothing was even taken although dr reassured me he took 1 lb of fat..only 1 or 2 days out of this procedure have I felt a little better although it didn't last long and the bloated feeling came back.. Should I have seen some type of results by now?
