A year after surgery and my thighs look awful - lumpy and bumpy and some dimpling. The bumps are hard. Is it fibrosis? How can I get rid of it and make my legs smooth? I followed all after care to the nth degree.
I had an extended thigh lift about 3 months ago. I have a bouncy lump that extends about 2 inches from my inner knee, up my suture line. I do not have pain at the site. Its more of an annoyance and I can visibly see the lump which is embarrassing. When I use a foam pad over the site under my faja, that seems to help but when I remove that pad to go to work, it is back to its original shape and size. Any suggestions would be appreciated.
Ive had lipo on the front of my legs 2 years ago - very bad idea...I already had corrective surgery, but my legs are still lumpy. Would a Thigh Lift be a solution? The left pic is me standing normally, right pic is me holding up the skin.
After putting some pressure On It noticed my compression at drain site was wet took compression off to look at lump it was smaller so I put firmer pressure on it with a towel and felt it pop the drain bulb instantly filled up this has happened a few times since putting pressure on it more fluid releases. If I leave it alone will it eventually absorb or be pulled out by the drain? The pocket as I call it seems to keep filling Some times when I put pressure I get some bloody looking fluid too.
I experienced massive weight loss. I have about 7 hard pea-to-marble-sized lumps near or in my excess leg skin which is going to be removed this summer. What are they? Should I have a dermatologist remove them before the leg plastic surgery? Or just ask the plastic surgeon to liposuction them out at the same time as the excess skin removal?
I have three horizontal rolls at the top of both of my thighs. These rolls just occurred in the last few months. They run horizontal and both legs have three in the same spot on my upper thigh. They feel hard, which makes me think they are not far rolls. I also don't have them on the back side of my thighs. I am a rather active person and I am in good shape. I have no idea what these rolls/lumps are, how they appeared on my thighs, or how to get rid of them.
healing pretty well just lumpy in sections should i massage to improve the results, also there are some thickening at top of thigh feels uncomfortable without compression garment i do hope this is going to get better with time or will i need laser treatment to improve the skin appearance and feel. i'm wondering now if i will need buttock lift down the track or is it to early to know the results.
I'm 5 weeks post op from thighplasty and TT. I noticed this lump 2 weeks out. Doc said it was excess fluid but should go away with compression suit and massage. 3 weeks later it looks like it's getting bigger. It's right at the start of my incision which is going away. What do I do to get rid of it? It doesn't hurt and moves around when I massage it but doesn't shrink in size.
