Spider veins
Spider veins are clusters of small veins appearing on your thighs or face, often your nose. Even though your vascular system is highly complex, treating spider veins is considered (by medical experts) to be quite straightforward. You may be able to get rid of spider veins in under an hour—or even larger varicose veins—by having a cosmetic surgeon inject the veins with medication (scelerosing) or by zapping them during a laser vein treatment.
