I hate breathing at night also add the tip droopy, the thin narrow nose that's long and on inspiration it conclaves further touching sides. Additionally it flares when I smile and points down... help please!
I have a severely deviated septum for which my ENT recommended a septoplasty. However, he mentioned that because I had a rhinoplasty (9 years ago) I could risk dropping my tip. As you can see, the tip didnt help perfectly. It became more bulbous than before. Will the ENT fix it as a part of the procedure to correct the septum? Im really hesitant and I need an advice. Thank you
My nose is to the left, the bone sticks out and the tip droops. I have a lot of congestion, mucus, difficulty breathing, possibly polyps and I have been referred to ENT. I would love to get it fixed. I have always been very self concious about being different, especially because of a lot of bullying, comments etc. If I had a septoplasty alone, would this straighten the outward appearance of my nose, and even fix the drooping tip?
My insurance pre authorized a septum repair and bilateral alar graft. I know my nose may be slightly wider and I'm okay with that. Also will my tip come up every so slightly? It's a tiny bit dropy in my opinion Or will it remain identical . I assume it will come up a bit simply due to the alar grafts placed for my right side nasal collapse.. ....lastly why bilateral grafts when only the right nostril is collapsing?
