I did the same thing except I got bumped by someones head at the bar 5 and a half weeks after rhinoplasty. I had my tip lifted... you think that would have done anything to my nose?

Ok so I had a nose job five years or so ago but during training today a friend of mine accidentally head butt the bridge of my nose. I came back home soon after and the place where he hit it had a little bump as if it were swollen. Ive kept ice on it for a while but it doesn't seem to be helping. is there anything that may have gone wrong or anything i can do to stop any further problems as I really like my nose now? Any help would be appreciated. Thank you in advance. Steve.

Hello i am 2 months post revision rhino. Yesterday i was stretching and accidently hit myself in the nose i felt it go to one side then back kind of like a regular nose would (slightly bend then come back). It hurt for about 1 minute then it felt fine. NOw i am thinking my tip graft shifted, I don't know if it did i cant tell cause it was always more swollen on the side i think it shifted to. Is you tip strong enough to handle a small blow at 2 months? Please I am freaking out.

During a recent night out with friends 3 weeks after surgery, a friend who I had not seen in a while went to give me a hug and bumped my nose with his hand. There was no bleeding, no pain and no change in appearance from what I could tell. It is now a year post-op and while the nose looks great overall, I can't help but think that some asymmetries that I now notice were due to the bumping that night. Is that belief justified or in my head?

1 year old hit nose 4 weeks post rhinoplasty, is it damaged? When I picked up my one year old she turned around fast and with her hand hit my nose. It started tingling and felt hit but after 10 min the tingly feeling went away. I'm on my 4th week, should I be concerned?

I am four weeks post-op from a revision rhinoplasty and as I was combing my hair ..the handle of the comb accidentally hit the tip of my nose..then my nose felt a little sore. Is it probable that this will affect the outcome?

I had a car accident 6 weeks post rhinoplasty in which the airbags inflated. My nose tip has since been extremely swollen, however, the bridge is still straight. Have I damaged my nose? Or is it just swelling from the accident that will go down?

Hit in the face 4 weeks after rhino/septoplasty.

I was hit in the nose 4 weeks after my closed rhino/septoplasty. I still feel like I am breathing normal and my nose doesn't look crooked but I put a Qtip up my nostril and realized one side was bleeding. Should I worry that my septum was re-deviated?
