I would like minimal surgery, hopefully closed. What would I need to ask for and research to get the result I have edited? I would like to keep my front profile the same, I am just insecure about my side profile. My nose is just too long from the side profile
I recently had a rhinoplasty procedure done to correct my deviated septum, shave down the hump on my nose bridge and raise my drooping tip. My side profile looks amazing, although there is a slight hump remaining its negligible and looks natural with my ethnic features. My concern is the front view. Ive noticed my nose is shaped like a tear drop or a pear which takes away from the femininity of my face. Ive seen little to no change in the tip width front view from month 2 (it is now month 6).
Hi, Procedure done Aug22, bulbourous nose and wanted it smaller From a side view it looks a bit straighter, however it still curves upwards towards the nip. I was hoping for no curve. What I'm most concerned about is the front view. It doesnt look straight and still looks big, not at all symmetrical and lumpy. Also the septum (i think its called) isn't straight. The photos with blue background are the before photos. Do you think i need a revision? Are you seeing what im seeing?
I have always seen pictures of before and after of getting rid of humps that can be seen from the side, but I dont see a lot of front view bumps on the top of the nose bridge that make the nose appear wider. Is it possible to make my nose thinner from the front, since its a bone that makes it look wider?
I had open septorhinoplasty almost a year ago, and my nose is a lot wider than it was pre procedure. At first I thought this could be swelling but the surgeon doesnt now seem to think so. It doesnt look good, my nose has no shape or definition. Does anyone know why this could be? I had an osteotomy. My surgeon said hes not sure why its wider, and states he didnt do anything to make it wider. It looks very uneven from the front. There is like a bubble round the area just above the tip
My nose is large, bony and droopy on the tip. Its never really bothered me much before but seems to be most noticeable in pictures lately and at a certain angle. I have quite strong features, big eyes, cheeks and lips. Id look ridiculous with a button nose so Im a bit worried about how much changing my nose would change my looks. My question is, would it be possible to change my nose shape without really changing how it looks from the front?
I had a rhinoplasty 6 months ago, main reason I wanted to do it was for the frontal view of my nose, I had a bulbous tip and deep radix so I chose my doctor based on that. However, my nose looks lopsided from the front and as if it was drooping on one side, my nostrils are uneven. My doctor did say it would take a while to see my final result due to my thick skin. But I just feel upset right now. So I just want to know if this is normal and temporary or if I will need a revision to fix this.
