I had rhinoplasty done in January of 2022 since then Ive been having issues and Ive been back and forth with the surgeon. I have been to several ENT however, I could not find one to take my case until yesterday. After the exam and other things were done he said my nose is pretty much copplased!!! I will need a complicated surgery to fix the upper valve of my nose and also stints put in. I reached to the surgeon and he refused to even acknowledge or get on the phone.
Hello! I am 8 months postop. I had asymmetrical swelling right after cast removal which I thought will go down with time, however I am starting to feel less satisfied. One side of my nose is caving in and it is starting to affect my breathing.. Does this look like mid vault collapse? Can you tell if I am going to develop bilateral vault collapse? Are graft surgeries safe? What are other alternatives for surgery? Thank you in advanve
It's really started to bug me for years that the tip of my nose on the side has collapsed causing it to protrude on my side profile. I'm wondering what could cause this and is rhinoplasty the only way of fixing this issue. I've had people in the past mention my crooked and bumpy nose and it makes me feel super insecure.
I had a closed rhino almost 14 ago, and i have thin skin. Recently it looks like my ULC on the left is sinking in more, i can feel the LLC on that side with a break and then the ULC, while on the other side i cant feel the junction between the cartilage.. I also still have something inside and im not sure if its swollen or turbinates or it also has somerhing to do with the possible collapse?
I know i have an open roof on side of the nose and the other side seemed kinda closed, i could always obviously feel my septum on my bridge tho, i don't know if that's normal, but now on the other side i also start to feel a bigger slid next to my septum. I'm 1 year postop, is it going to open even more or start collapsing? My surgeon hasn't been any help

I am 11 months post primary rhinoplasty and my left side in the picture is completely collapsed as compared to my right side in the picture. I dont mind the right side in the picture but the left is asymmetrical, collapsed? From the bridge down, and my entire cheek and even lip appear to be sunken or pulled down. My front view was not to change, and the bridge was straight. It was just to remove the bump, deproject it slightly, and so she had to reduce alars too. What is going on?
Hello, I had a open rhinoplasty in August 2022, and I have a couple of questions. I have spoken to my doctor about my concern and he recommended me to use a nasal dilator. Will wearing one really make a difference? My second question is that I feel like after my rhino, I have a short nose. My smile completely changed and at first I thought it was because I was swollen but after all these months, it still looks weird. Any advice would be appreciate it. Left side before surgery
