I got this procedure done in January in Chicago. I trusted this doctor I since moved to Arizona and September and I hate the way I look I spent an astronomical amount of 15 grand and I cant help but cry when I see pictures of myself. Never thought I would want my old nose job. I am so heartbroken. Is there anything else I can do?
I had my initial surgery 4.5 months ago. Since the swelling has gone down, my initial concerns were confirmed after taking some after photos in the doctors office. It seems as though the doctor was very aggressive, and my tip is upturned, and my columella is retracted. Is this something that is easily fixed with a revision?
I had a total rhino septoplasty almost 20 years ago. I'm not happy with overprojected appearance of the nose and its angle. Ive been told it was not possible to achieve what I wanted, ie less projected and longer nose. Now I wonder if it was true and can it be achieved. No soft tissue was removed from my nose, everything was only shifted.
I got a closed rhinoplasty 7 months ago and Im not too happy with the results. I wanted to get rid of the bulbous tip, lift the tip, and take down my hump. The hump was taken down but now my bridge looks flat instead of defined. Im not sure if thats a problem or mistake that was made. I also think my bulbous tip looks smaller but a little off. When I go in for a revision I want smaller nostrils, lift the tip more, and fix the bridge + the bulbous tip. What went wrong and can it be fixed
I had a rhinoplasty 3.5 years ago and have been unhappy with the results ever since. I really regret asking the surgeon to touch the tip of my nose, as it now seems downturned/ flattened and the nostrils are uneven. What went wrong and is it something that can be improved with a revision?
After 6 surgeries I am still unhappy with my nose, my surgeon does not want to risk shortening the nose due to tip collapse, but I think the tip area is to big from the side angle and much too projected for my face, I also have asymmetry in my nose which he has failed to fix on each occasion including via a septoplasty. Is there anything I can do? Is it wise to have a seventh revision in hopes that someone will actually address my concerns?
Hi, Im a 26 year old male looking to see what can be achieved through revision rhinoplasty. I had my first rhinoseptoplasty at 14 years old to correct a large dorsal hump on my nose & deviated septum. It's been 12+ years since that procedure, and my nose has grown to be crooked. I am also unhappy with the front profile as it is too wide and lacks a well-defined / structured bridge. Can surgery make this appear thinner? Ive attached photoshopped versions of what Id hope to achieve. Thanks!
I had a septorhinoplasty and Im unhappy with the cosmetic portion of my procedure. I had a dorsal hump that I wanted very slightly reduced. I wanted a very subtle change but feel that too much cartilage was removed. I dont like the scooped bridge and pointy nasal tip. From the front view there is too much nostril show and the nasal tip is too high. I also dont like that my columella was refined and tucked in. Can my natural nose be restored with revision rhinoplasty?
