I had rhinoplasty and septoplasty in May. My main goal besides breathing better was to fix the protruding tissue in my nostril. I agreed to do the rhinoplasty because the surgeon said it would give me the best results. The tissue protruding initially looked good, but it has returned and Im upset. Would a revision septoplasty help?
I got this procedure done in January in Chicago. I trusted this doctor I since moved to Arizona and September and I hate the way I look I spent an astronomical amount of 15 grand and I cant help but cry when I see pictures of myself. Never thought I would want my old nose job. I am so heartbroken. Is there anything else I can do?
My nose is basically back to its old shape, I'm 10 months post op and up until about 5-6 months my nose was perfect and now it's bulbous and the columella and the parrot-y shape is back and even the bump in the middle of my nose is coming back? I got this done abroad and the surgeon will not respond to my messages now I've sent him pics. What can I do? Is it a case of steroid injections or revision? The photos of the tape were taken at 3 months and 5 months and the last pic is now
I got my nose done 10 months ago. From the start my nose swelling was crazy. After cast removal it looked like a pollybeak ( ill add pics for reference ) and it wasnt going down. I was able to get 2 steroids one around 3 months and another and 6 months. They worked so well for me Especially the one at 6 months but after that it started to bloat up / swell. He wont give me any more injections in fear of dents. Do I need a revision???
I had a closed rhinoplasty in september of 2022. It has been 10 months post procedure and my nose still looks crooked - i cant understand if this is swelling or if i will need a revision. My doctor told me two months ago that it is just swelling, but i am almost at the year mark and it still looks very crooked to me. I would love to hear your input and consider other surgeons in case i need a revision. Thank you.
I had revision rhinoplasty because of nasal collapse from a botched previous rhinoplasty. its been 10 months since my revision and now I have two visible bumps on the right side of my nose and Im concerned that Ive been botched again. I want to know what caused this because my doctor hasnt explained anything and says its swelling. Im really unhappy and concerned, and especially about the nostril assymetry. Is this something that can be easily fixed?
I had a closed rhinoplasty in April 2022 to remove a hump on my bridge and give my nose a more up turned look. I loved the way it turned out and knew some changes would still happen because of swelling and the final look would be around 6-9 months. I'm 10 months out now and my tip has drooped and I have a hump again and a dip in the middle of my nose. From the front the tip looks crooked because the right puffs out more than the left. Will I need a revision?
It's been 10 months since my operation. I don't like the look of my nose. The bridge is wider in the middle and it still looks like I have a hump. Also, there's a dent on the tip. This nostril looks bigger than the other as well. However, there's scar tissue behind the dent which my doctor will remove. Would it improve its look? I also don't like how my columella looks, especially from the front. Above the incision is still swollen. Can my nose improve?
