Very Painful, Very Little Change

Not Worth It
Spent: $400 in Oklahoma City, OK

I treated myself to Zoom after I quit smoking, but was dissapointed the minute the treatment was done, even before they took the green goo off my gums. I saw almost no difference (I smoked for 19 years). The dentist made an excuse that certain teeth are thicker and harder to whiten, and that genetics plays a role in tooth color. Okay, I accept that, but shouldn't I have seen SOMETHING for $400?? I was disappointed.

Moreover, I was hurting so badly by that night that I had to take the narcotic the dentist prescribed "just in case." I didn't even want to chance that pain again by using the take-home kit that is supposed to continue the whitening (they can't do that in the office?).

Oh well, least it's cool to have a mold of my teeth for $400....I guess.

I had Zoom whiting and it was a waste of my money. Once the procedure was about to begin I was told that Zoom would only whiten my teeth one or two shades. Well, I went ahead and had the procedure and the tech was right. What a waste of money.
