I got the whitening done at 11am this morning. The "clamp" they used to keep my mouth open dug into my gums and I almost didn't make it through the 3, 15 minuite periods. I didnt have much pain right after but when I got home a few hours ago the pain escelated and I used the pain killer gel stuff they gave me, which actually made it feel worse! It's 9:00pm now and my teeth are in the worst pain they have ever been.

they look great! but I would NEVER EVER do this again.
