First 15 minutes I fell asleep then the second - fourth and final treatment longest 45 minutes of my life but worth it my teeth are at least 3-4 shades whiter.

My lip did get burned from the heat so make sure you have a lip protectent on at all times!!

My teeth and gums were a little sensitive the day after but nothing painful I would recommend this procedure for cosmetic reasons it makes me smile brighter and I was always self concious about my smile.
