I started my trays January 2011, later than expected because the trays did not come in. Today is September 20, 2012 and my teeth are still crooked! I have been thru 2 new impressions! All trays I have to file with a nail file. $4500 paid upfront. No one to complain to!

2wks late-missed another appt date.
