“Yag laser treatment produce dark spots”

Why: I was told I would not have any side effects and that there was no possibilty of anything happening to my face except tightening which is why I had the procedure done.
I was told that the YAG Laser treatment would help to keep my youthful appearance, and that there were no chance for being left with demarkation on or dark spots on my face. The procedure itself was over in less than 10 minutes, and the numbing cream I was given to put on worked becasue I didn't feel any pain.
However about 3 weeks later I noticed dark spots on my face, and I had never had any such spots on my face before. When I went back to the office I was given some cream and was told that this is not permanent, however I am waiting to see what happens.
I would not recommend it at all.
