“Would Do It Again in a Second!”
Spent: $4,500 in Concord, Ma
I really debated the whole silicone/saline thing for a while, but ultimately went with saline because of the safety factor. I would just want to know if there were a rupture. I do not regret my decision. I love my implants.
I am a size 4, 120 lbs, 5'6" gal and I just wanted natural looking implants. I was a AA cup before, so I was scared to go too big. I went with a 300cc implant which is a small C cup. I maybe would go slightly larger if I had it do again, but they look very natural at this size. Also, my doc does his surgery under local anesthesia, which was another plus for me. I did not want to go under general if I didn't have to- just another unnecessary risk.
The surgery was easy- he even sat me up and let me look in a mirror to make sure I liked the size before closing me up! He placed them under the muscle. That's the only uncomfortable part- the muscle stretching feels a bit tight and painful over the next few days- but definitely worth going under the muscle! I recently had another doctor tell me that they were the best saline implants she'd ever seen!

Does the procedure under local anesthesia; easy procedure, nice healing, very caring and attentive doctor.

Thank you so much for your testimony. I have been planning on getting breast augmentation, but just like you I was a little scared and concerned. I have a few more questions if you could get back to me? My email is {Removed by RealSelf to protect you from spambots. Please use RealSelf's PM system to communicate privately} Thanks so much
I just looked up Dr. M and on every website I found, it says he only performs lipo, hair removal, and vein removal. Does he usually do breast augmentations?
