I have prematurely aging facial skin which I could see was getting more wrinkly almost by the month! After considering these procedures for nearly 2 years, I had the surgery 3 days ago. I am still swollen and bruised but can see already how my skin appearance is greatly improved. I have had no pain what so ever just a little itchiness on the eyelids. Cost was £5200.

Hi again. Its now day 6 following my procedures and the swelling has started to reduce slightly but my cheeks are bruised and quite yellow. I chose not to use anything to reduce the bruising though, leaving it to mend naturally. My eyes look really good, I am not missing the saggy eyelid overhang at all. No discomfort, even managing to sleep well when upright! Having the stitches removed tomorrow and so will update again soon.

Day 12 Post op, still a very slight bruising but not enough to stop me going out, shopping etc. Eyes are great, the FT areas have greatly reduced, nearly no swelling left at all. My change in appearance is very subtle which is what I wanted, I just hope the FT areas do not diminish any further otherwise I could be back to what it was like 2 weeks ago (Pre Op!)Still happy with the reduction of facial wrinkles at the mo and hope they do not return for a good while!

My rating:

I cant find anything negative to note about my surgeon or the hospital. Everyone was wonderful, kind and compassionate. Too early to comment on the aftercare though. Surgeon answered all emails with my concerns promptly and gave me ample opportunity to meet him if it assisted me better.
