4/10/12: Please see my update after four months. I gave 5 stars in my review a couple of months ago, but would not give 5 stars at this point. It's really strange: after three months, I was deliriously happy. By four months, my face was starting to look the way it did before the procedure. I wonder how many people this happens to. I am very disappointed. The doctor improved the look by injecting Perlane, but a) it cost me another $1000; b) it doesn't really look as beautiful as it did a month or so ago; and c) now I'm afraid it's going to sag again every few months. The Perlane isn't even expected to last more than 9 to 12 months. So, from a result that I was told would last 7 to 10 YEARS, I can now expect to have to pay $1000 every 9 to 12 months to maintain this look, and that's if everything goes perfectly.
