For the first time in my life I don't have the lower ab hanging over. After kids it started looking like a mushroom. I'm 9 months PO and I'm finally feeling good.
Recovery was very tough. I still hurt when I cough, sneeze or stretch. I still don't sleep through the night because it hurts when I roll over. It's all worth it. My husband say's my stomach is as flat as a teenager's.
It's awsome and everyone say's I'm not the same person I was 9 months ago. Would do it again even with the pain and lousy recovery!
