What Now?? Fraxel Didn't Work for my Acne Scars!! - Winchester, VA

Pros: was told I would see noticable improvement...

Pros: was told I would see noticable improvement to my acne scars

Cons: it didn't work,(and I was so hopeful!), it was painful and costs a lot!

What do I do now? After 8 treatments and almost 2 years, I have no noticable improvement...the tech recently told me "they" couldn't do anything else for me...

I never saw him until I requested a meeting to discuss the lack of results after the third treatment...his answer was to continue with all treatments. After all the treatments were completed, his answer (through his tech)was that they had done all they could do for me and didn't know why it didn't work for me.

I'm so sorry to hear that you've had 8 treatments and still no improvement! I've only had 3 for my acne scars and at first, my face looked so smooth and beautiful but about 3months post treatment, my skin looks the same way it did prior to the treatment, in fact, I have some new scarring that I didn't have before. I'm going today, only because I've pre-paid for a total of 4 treatments. I'm hoping my doc. can give me some answers and will do a better job than the nurse did for the 1st 3 treatments I had.
