I was went to see her based on a referral from my primary doctor to help fix high school injuries that left breathing difficult for me.

Awful Awful Awful.  I have given her negative stars if I could.  Had a deviated septum and went to her for correction. After the first surgery my nose came out being crooked, which it was not before the surgery.  After the second surgery my nose looked like freddy krugger skin under the bandage.  I had to see a specialist so I wouldn't lose the tip of my nose.  I am still having problems with it, and it's been over 12 years.  My breathing is worse than ever!  I am too afraid to have anyone touch it!  She never followed up to see if i was doing well. Stay clear!  It makes me shutter just thinking about her.
